Wooden toys for preschool suppliers and school groups
Education buyers order differently: six of one item rather than one of six, a fixed price for a tender, and a spec sheet that a procurement officer will accept. This is the page for that order.
Who this page is for
Preschool and nursery suppliers
Stocking 20–80 classrooms, reordering per term.
School groups and trusts
Buying centrally for several sites, needing one invoice and split delivery.
Tender and framework suppliers
Responding to public or institutional tenders with fixed-validity pricing.
Teacher supply catalogues
Print or online catalogues needing spec sheets and pack quantities.
What to plan for
Classroom pack sizes
6, 10 or 30 sets per carton; we quote the carton and the per-set price separately.
Tender-ready documents
Itemised quotation, spec sheet per SKU, validity period and delivery terms in the format you need.
Replacement parts
For SKUs where we hold the piece data, single components can be re-ordered years later.
Storage and trays
Where the set needs a home on a shelf, we quote a tray, crate or shelf carton as a separate line.
A starting mix from the catalogue
Twelve SKUs spread across the ranges and MOQ levels that move for this channel. Live MOQs and lead times are on each product page; a mixed order is quoted as one spread sheet with carton counts and CBM.
The most common tender problem is age grading: a set described as 3+ that contains a detachable part will fail an infant-classroom specification. We confirm the grade against the tested design before you bid.
FAQ
Education suppliers — buyer questions
Can you quote in the format our tender requires?
Yes. Send the schedule and we will return an itemised quotation with fixed validity, spec sheets and delivery terms.
Do you supply classroom quantities?
Yes — from a single set to multi-pallet orders for a school group. Classroom block sets and manipulatives are routine for us.
Can delivery be split across sites?
Yes, with per-site carton marks so a central store can distribute without opening every box.
What documentation comes with an education order?
Spec sheet per SKU, test report reference, carton and CBM data, and CE or CPC documentation as applicable.
