What we collect

When you send a quote, sample or catalogue request we collect the details you type: name, company, email, country, quantity and message. We also record which page the request came from and, if present, the marketing source in the URL.

How it is used

Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, send a sample or fulfil an order. We do not sell, rent or share your details with resellers or list brokers.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored on our own server and in our email. We keep them for as long as the commercial relationship requires, and delete them on request.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Preferences such as whether you have already seen the catalogue pop-up are stored locally in your browser. We also count page views in aggregate — the page address, the referring site and a date — to understand which products buyers look at. No profile is built from it and it is not shared.
