Wooden toys that survive a classroom
Classroom buyers need different things from retailers: bigger counts, storage that fits a shelf, replacement parts, and paperwork a procurement officer will accept. We supply all four.
Why wood, in a classroom
Wood survives. A block set that is dropped, stacked, chewed and swept up every day for three years is a better purchase than three plastic sets that crack. It also gives children weight, grain and warmth — the sensory qualities that make open-ended play grip.
For the buyer, the practical argument is replacement. Wooden parts can be re-ordered individually; a plastic set with one broken piece becomes waste. We keep the carton and piece structure of every classroom SKU on file so a replacement bag can be quoted years later.
What we supply for classrooms
- Large block sets — 100 to 500+ pieces, plain wood or colour, with storage bag or crate
- Montessori-aligned materials — sorting, stacking, lacing, counting, sensorial trays
- Manipulatives — bead mazes, threading, peg boards, puzzles sized for group tables
- Role play — play kitchens, tool benches, shops, dollhouses scaled for a classroom corner
- Storage — trays, dividers and shelf-fit cartons so a set has a home
Tenders and procurement
Education buyers often need a formal quote with fixed validity, specification sheets per item and documentation that matches the school's compliance requirements. We can prepare a quotation in that format, hold the price for 30 days, and split a delivery across multiple sites.
If a tender specifies a standard we have not tested to for that SKU, we will say so before you bid rather than after you win.
Documentation pack
| Per SKU | Spec sheet, size, pieces, material, age grading |

Buying for a group of schools? We can pack per-site cartons with different marks, so a central warehouse can split without opening boxes.
FAQ
Wooden toys that survive a classroom
Do you supply classroom quantities?
Yes. Classroom block sets and manipulatives are a normal order for us, from a single set to a multi-pallet order for a school group.
Can you provide a formal quotation for a tender?
Yes — itemised, with fixed validity, spec sheets and delivery terms. Tell us the format the purchaser needs.
Can we get replacement pieces later?
Yes for the SKUs we keep piece data on. Ask at the time of order which items are replaceable and we will note it on the invoice.
Do you supply storage?
Some SKUs ship with a storage bag, tray or crate. For others we can quote a crate or a shelf carton as a separate item.
