The factory
The workshop behind 910 wooden toys
We cut, sand, paint, print and pack wooden toys in one workshop in Yunhe County, Zhejiang — the town that supplies a large share of the world's wooden toys. You deal with the people who make the product, not a trading desk three time zones away.
Why Yunhe
Yunhe is a small county in Lishui, Zhejiang, and almost everything in it is connected to wood. Timber yards, sawmills, paint suppliers, carton printers, laser engravers and export forwarders sit within a twenty-minute drive. That density is why a wooden toy made here can be re-cut, re-painted and re-packed in days instead of months, and why a change you request on Monday can be in a sample by Friday.
It also means our supply chain is boring in the best way: the same three timber suppliers for years, a paint line that only runs water-based finishes, and packing staff who have packed the same families of products for long enough to catch a wrong barcode without being told.
What we actually make
910 SKUs across ten ranges: building blocks, puzzles and tangrams, Montessori and early-learning materials, pretend play, bead mazes, maths and teaching aids, vehicles and tracks, board games, baby and toddler toys, and sensory and busy boards. Most are solid wood; some use birch plywood where a stable, thin panel matters — puzzle boards, busy-board backs, dollhouse walls.
The catalogue is deliberately wide because our buyers are: an importer building a 60-SKU container, a brand owner who needs one hero product plus twelve complements, a preschool supplier who wants the same block set in three carton sizes. We would rather quote the mix than push you into one range.
How the work is organised
- Timber and cutting — species and thickness chosen per product; parts cut and kiln-dried to a stable moisture content before sanding.
- Sanding and assembly — three passes on edges and corners; hardware, axles and hinges fitted and pull-tested on the line.
- Paint and print — water-based paints and inks only, applied and cured before the next stage; every batch keeps a paint record so a test report can be traced back to it.
- Packing — colour box, kraft box, PDQ or gift box, with your barcode, warnings and importer details printed in.
- QC — in-process checks plus a pre-shipment inspection on every order, with photos before the cartons are sealed.
Who we work with
Importers and distributors in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada; brand owners who want a private-label range without building a factory; preschool and education suppliers who buy in classroom quantities; and retailers who need a wooden section on the shelf without holding six months of stock.
What those buyers have in common is that they care about the second order more than the first. That is the part we are set up for: stable wood, stable paint, stable carton dimensions, and documentation you can hand to a customs broker or a retail compliance team without rewriting it.

FAQ
The workshop behind 910 wooden toys
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. The workshop, paint line and packing area are ours, in Yunhe County, Zhejiang. We quote, sample and ship from here.
Can we visit before placing an order?
Yes. Tell us the dates and the SKUs you want to see and we will arrange pickup from Lishui or Wenzhou railway station and a table of samples.
How do you handle a quality problem?
We photograph each order before packing, keep the inspection record, and replace or credit defective units confirmed on arrival. The fix is agreed in writing before the next shipment.
Do you work with small brands?
Yes, as long as the order is realistic for a factory run: 300–500 pcs per painted SKU, or 10–60 pcs on stock items. Mixed pallets are normal.
