Most of what leaves this factory carries someone else's logo. Here is exactly what we can change, what it costs in time and quantity, and how a private-label range gets built without a hundred emails.
Customise the toy
Logo engraving or print, custom paint colours matched to your palette, wood species, size variants, hardware and accessory changes.
Customise the packaging
Colour box, kraft box, window box, PDQ display, gift box, cotton bag — with your barcode, warnings and importer address.

Test reports in your company name, CPC documentation, carton marks, packing lists and a loading plan for your forwarder.
Three ways to put a logo on wood

Setup charges are quoted at cost and credited against the bulk invoice once the order passes 500 pcs per SKU. We will always tell you which method gives the best result for the surface you have.
What a private-label run looks like
Pick the base
Choose from the 910 SKUs, or send a photo, drawing or a competitor sample. We come back with the closest existing item and the changes needed.
Brief and target price
Quantity per SKU, market, packaging style, logo method and the FOB number you need. If the target is not achievable we say so before sampling.
Mock-up
Your logo and packaging artwork placed on the actual product photo and a dieline, so you can approve before anything is cut.
Sample rounds
First sample in 7–12 days for stock-based items, 10–15 days for a new build. One revision round is included; further rounds are charged at sample cost.
Testing
If the SKU or the paint changes, we run EN71-1/2/3 and ASTM F963 before mass production. Reports go to you in your company name where the lab allows it.
Production
25–40 days after artwork sign-off. Weekly photo updates, pre-shipment inspection, cartons sealed with your marks.

IP, tooling and who owns what
Your artwork, your brand and your packaging files stay yours. We sign an NDA before you send drawings, and we do not put a private-label design into the public catalogue or offer it to another buyer.
Tooling — a new mould, a print screen, a die-cut plate — is quoted separately, paid at cost, and belongs to you once paid for. If you leave, the tooling can be shipped to you or held on your instruction.

FAQ
Your brand, our workshop
Can you develop a completely new wooden toy?
Yes. Send a sketch, a 3D file or a sample. Development is usually 10–15 days for a working prototype, followed by tooling and a production sample before the bulk run.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share drawings or packaging files. We can use your NDA or send ours.
Can the test report be in our company name?
In most cases the lab can issue the report to the importer. We will confirm for the specific SKU and market before testing starts.
What if our order is below the MOQ?
Sometimes the answer is a different decoration method, a stock colour, or joining several SKUs into one production run. Ask — the MOQ is a production constraint, not a sales tactic.
