For brand owners building a wooden range
You have a brand, a channel and a price architecture. What you do not want is to build a workshop. We make the product, print your box and stay invisible.
Who this page is for
DTC toy brands
Launching or extending a wooden line, 3–15 SKUs, strong packaging expectations.
Multi-category brands
Adding a wooden gifting or nursery category next to existing products.
Licensed and character brands
Needing shape and decoration changes that pass testing.
Retail own-brand programmes
Building a store-brand wooden range with consistent packaging.
What to plan for
Base SKU first
Start from an existing shape, then change colour, logo and packaging — no tooling, samples in 7–10 days.
New development
A drawing or sample becomes a prototype in 10–15 days, then tooling and a production sample.
Three logo routes
Laser engraving (no ink), silk print (colour, flat surfaces), heat transfer (full colour, curves).
Your paperwork
Test reports issued in your company name where the lab allows, plus CPC drafts for your signature.
A starting mix from the catalogue
Twelve SKUs spread across the ranges and MOQ levels that move for this channel. Live MOQs and lead times are on each product page; a mixed order is quoted as one spread sheet with carton counts and CBM.
The brands that scale fastest start with three SKUs in one box format. One dieline, one carton size, one container — then expand the range once the packaging is proven.
FAQ
Brand owners — buyer questions
Who owns the tooling and artwork?
You do, once the tooling is paid for. Your artwork and packaging files are never used for another buyer.
Can you sign an NDA before we share designs?
Yes, before anything confidential is sent. We can use your template or ours.
What does a first private-label run cost in time?
About 8–12 weeks from brief to shipment, including artwork, one or two sample rounds, testing and 25–40 days of production.
Can the test report name our company as the importer?
Usually yes. We confirm with the laboratory for the specific SKU and market before testing starts.
