For importers and regional distributors

A distributor's business is carton data and repeatability. The first container is a sample; the tenth is the relationship. Everything on this page is about making the tenth identical to the first.

Who this page is for

National importers

Feeding retail chains and e-commerce, needing consistent packaging and supply.

Regional distributors

Selling to independents, needing a compact but complete range.

Wholesale cash-and-carry

Price-led, carton-quantity buyers with tight margin expectations.

Amazon and marketplace aggregators

Needing stable carton marks, barcodes and product data at SKU level.

What to plan for

Mixed containers

8–25 SKUs, 300–1,000 pcs each, loaded to a 40HQ plan we provide with CBM per SKU.

Stable carton data

Carton dimensions, pieces per carton and gross weight held on file so freight quotes stop moving.

Quantity breaks that step

Material and setup costs fall in steps, and the quotation shows exactly where each break sits for the quantity you order.

Reorder discipline

The same paint batch records, the same carton spec, the same packaging files, order after order.

A starting mix from the catalogue

Twelve SKUs spread across the ranges and MOQ levels that move for this channel. Live MOQs and lead times are on each product page; a mixed order is quoted as one spread sheet with carton counts and CBM.

Ask for the loading plan before you book freight. A 40HQ of wooden toys usually cubes out at 62–66 m³, not at the container's nominal volume — the difference is two pallets of margin.

FAQ

Distributors — buyer questions

Can you load a mixed container?

Yes. Send the SKU list and quantities and we return a loading plan with cartons, CBM and gross weight per SKU.

How do you keep quality stable across reorders?

The SKU keeps its construction, paint supplier and packaging files on record; any change triggers a new sample and, if materials change, a retest.

What payment terms apply at container volume?

30% T/T deposit and 70% before shipment; L/C at sight for larger orders. Terms are confirmed on the quotation.

Do you hold stock for repeat orders?

Stock colours of fast-moving SKUs are usually in production or on hand; we confirm what is ready and what needs a production slot.
