Buying vehicles, tracks & ramps from the factory

Cars, trains, ramps, tracks and a small ride-on line — around 60 SKUs, mostly pine and mostly graded 3–6. It is the range where a buyer most often asks for a specific gauge or a specific wheel, so the sample stage matters more than the catalogue.

Wheels are the engineering. We screw and glue rather than glue alone, and every wheel is pull-tested before the carton is sealed. A wheel that comes off in a nursery is a recall rather than a return, and the cost of that difference is nothing compared with the cost of getting it wrong once.

Track sets are made to a 40 mm gauge so pieces from different sets in the range connect. If you are buying to match a system you already sell, send a sample and we match the profile rather than assuming ours will fit.

Ride-ons and balance bikes are a separate line with a higher MOQ because of the frame tooling: most start at 100–300 pcs. Everything else can start much smaller, which is why this range is often the first order a new distributor places.
