Buying math & teaching aids from the factory

Bead frames, hundred boards, fraction circles, decimal material, clock and money sets — around 110 SKUs, sold mainly to school suppliers and educational distributors rather than to retail.

The buying decision here is curriculum, not decoration. A distributor needs the material to match the maths scheme the school already teaches, so we keep the standard formats — the 1–100 board, the 1–10 bead stair, fraction circles to tenths — and print a different number range, numeral style or language on the board where the scheme calls for it.

Most items are solid beech or pine; printed boards are birch plywood with a UV print that survives classroom cleaning. Beads are 8–10 mm and strung on a steel rod with a captive end, so a bead cannot be worked off the wire in normal use.

School tenders usually specify carton quantities, a delivery window and sometimes a barcode/labelling format. We quote to that format rather than per unit, because a tender that arrives in the wrong shape is a tender that gets rejected on the desk.
